Job Description

WPP is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Consulting to partner with North American clients, identify growth opportunities, and demonstrate how WPP Open’s capabilities can accelerate client growth. This role requires industry expertise and experience across marketing disciplines, supporting sales teams and collaborating with product teams to translate client needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential areas of growth with clients and agency teams
• Partner on new business opportunities and pitches
• Create recommended approaches for WPP Open to drive client value
• Develop commercial models for clients
• Foster strategic product partnerships
• Support sales teams in positioning WPP Open
• Translate client needs into requirements for AI solutions
• Stay informed on WPP AI solutions
• Meet revenue growth targets

Requirements

• Analytical mindset
• Experience in product growth
• Knowledge of Ad Tech and MarTech (preferable)
• Knowledge of AI products
• Understanding of Advertising/Marketing/Media data
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt
• Desire to share knowledge and mentor
• Strong influencing skills
• Experience working with teams across multiple locations
