Job Description

Workato is seeking a Commercial Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and retention of their Intelligent Orchestration and Agentic Platform. This role involves building strategic relationships with customers, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful onboarding and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers
  • Provide technical Workato product expertise
  • Share best practices for deployment models and governance structures
  • Educate internal teams on the business value of automation
  • Increase product usage and drive cross-sell opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues
  • Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis for team decision-making
  • Act as the trusted customer advisor and advocate

Requirements

  • BS or equivalent education
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, or technical account management
  • Experience in Integration and/or business automation
  • Understanding of large complex businesses
  • Awareness of HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales processes
  • Comfort operating with revenue targets
  • Strong customer retention and growth track record
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
