Job Description

Workato is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to conduct competitive analysis of integration and automation platforms, provide strategic insights, and support architecture and enablement strategy within Customer Success. The role involves deep technical evaluations, developing competitive materials, and collaborating with various teams to influence product roadmap and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis of integration platforms
• Perform hands-on technical evaluations and build proof-of-concepts
• Monitor market trends and competitive movements
• Develop competitive battlecards and enablement materials
• Present competitive findings to leadership
• Translate technical findings into compelling narratives
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering
• Provide guidance to Sales and Solutions Engineering teams
• Assist with project management and coordination
• Support advanced enablement programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical presales, or competitive intelligence
• Hands-on expertise with Boomi
• Strong understanding of other iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Oracle, IBM, TIBCO)
• Experience with automation technologies (RPA, BPM)
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture patterns
• Exceptional analytical acumen
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking and collaboration skills
