Job Description

Workato is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant, Agentic AI to shape the vision for customers, provide thought leadership on AI capabilities, and drive adoption of their platform. This role involves technical alignment with customers during pre-sales, articulating the value of Workato's products, and communicating market needs to the Product Management team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer teams (data scientists, engineers, AI leaders, Architects)
• Team with Sales, Solution Architects to evangelize Agentic and AI capabilities
• Articulate AI, Generative AI, and Agentics concepts to various audiences
• Architect/build AI blueprint solutions
• Deliver custom product demonstrations and AI Agentic use cases
• Support technical workshops and POCs
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs
• Collect and channel field feedback to product management
• Support marketing activities (blogs, webinars, events)
• Stay updated on Agentics, AI, and machine learning advancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field
• 06-10 years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPass organization
• Familiarity with LLMs and chat-based AI applications
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic
• Experience with iPaaS technologies, integration architecture
• Knowledge of python programming
• Ability to learn new concepts and technologies
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to lead architectural discussions
