Job Description

Workato is seeking a strategic Lead Product Manager to lead their developer-facing products for LLM and Agentic applications. This role involves driving the vision and execution of next-generation AI-powered automation and integration tools, bridging the gap between developers, business goals, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and shipping developer products with a deep understanding of developer ergonomics and the AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and LLM-focused developer products
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales
• Build insights into developer workflows through customer engagement and research
• Transform insights into PRDs, user stories, and specifications
• Own product backlog and prioritize features
• Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis
• Champion product vision internally and externally
• Establish and monitor key product metrics
• Drive developer adoption and optimize onboarding

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management with developer-facing products
• Passion for creating exceptional developer experiences
• Strong user empathy and developer-first mindset
• Experience building or managing APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms
• Technical understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle
• Strategic thinking and ability to connect technology with business impact
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration
