Job Description

Workato is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to design and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role involves managing multi-channel campaigns, paid advertising, partner marketing, sales collaboration, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
  • Develop targeted campaigns with SDRs
  • Manage paid digital campaigns
  • Optimize spend for performance and ROI
  • Support Embedded Partner Program
  • Collaborate with embedded customers
  • Work closely with SDRs and AEs
  • Provide campaign enablement
  • Track and report on demand generation performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of B2B demand generation experience
  • Experience running multi-channel demand generation programs
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Experience with Outreach and digital ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and partners
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
