Job Description

The Director, Demand Generation – Digital is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth through paid channels and email marketing. This role involves managing a team and hands-on execution, collaborating with SDR leaders, product marketing, and digital teams to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the digital marketing roadmap
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists
  • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget
  • Oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns
  • Manage relationships with external agencies
  • Develop and manage the overall email marketing strategy
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms
  • Define KPIs and establish a measurement framework
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving growth through digital marketing strategies
  • Deep expertise in paid advertising platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices
  • Exceptional analytical skills
