Job Description

Workato is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to support TAM modeling, territory building, sales capacity modeling, forecasting, and business reviews. The intern will analyze data, assist sales leaders, learn key SaaS KPIs, recommend process improvements, audit Salesforce data, and contribute to presentations for the executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage analyses to improve Workato’s execution and scalability
  • Assist North America sales leaders with operational needs
  • Learn key SaaS KPIs and drivers for sales productivity
  • Recommend process improvements and automation
  • Audit Salesforce data
  • Assist with sales forecasting and planning
  • Ensure territory management excellence
  • Support ad-hoc projects
  • Assist with quarterly presentations

Requirements

  • Commitment of 6-9 months, minimum 30 hours per week
  • Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
  • Skilled in SQL
  • Experience with BI/Analytics tools (Sigma preferred)
  • High proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Proven track record of analyzing large data sets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or relevant experience
