Job Description

Workato is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline for Account Executives through email, social selling, and cold calling. The position offers stable expectations, clear guidance, and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong pipeline for Account Executives
  • Book meetings with key executives at target accounts
  • Prospect via email, social selling, and cold calling
  • Meet attainable activity guidelines
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment

Requirements

  • 6 months of selling experience (SDR, recruiter, sales internship, or sales certificate)
  • Knowledge of Google Apps, Outreach, Zoominfo, Slack, and Salesforce
  • Willingness to work hybrid and commute to Palo Alto office 2 days per week
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic and initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
