Job Description

Workato is seeking a data-driven Sales Operations Data Analyst to own and enhance their dashboarding ecosystem using modern BI tools. This role will provide actionable insights to the Sales and Revenue Operations teams, driving strategic and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable dashboards within Sigma Computing
  • Own and enhance core dashboards and reports
  • Document dashboards for self-service and sustainability
  • Balance ad hoc requests with long-term analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with data engineering on data architectures
  • Act as subject matter expert on Sales KPIs
  • Partner with SalesOps leaders to identify insights gaps
  • Work cross-functionally to improve data quality
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights

Requirements

  • Proven experience with modern BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • 5+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong SQL skills and data modeling understanding
  • Ability to simplify complex data
  • Sales operations experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent quantitative skills with SaaS metrics experience
  • Adaptability and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
