Job Description

Workato is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the connectivity ecosystem, including pre-built connectors, SDK, On-Prem Agent, and connectivity frameworks. The role focuses on strategy, customer-centered design, execution, and ecosystem collaboration to deliver a comprehensive and intuitive integration platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the connectors/connectivity roadmap
• Prioritize investments in connector breadth, depth, and platform extensibility
• Apply design thinking to simplify integration workflows
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality connectors
• Partner with customers and partners to understand connectivity gaps
• Ensure connectivity capabilities meet enterprise standards

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management with 3+ years in integration/connectivity
• Proven experience applying design thinking methodologies
• Strong understanding of SaaS APIs, databases, and modern data platforms
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT, streaming integration, and API management
• Experience with SDKs, OPA, and emerging data formats
• Customer empathy and ability to translate requirements into product experiences
• Strong execution and influence skills
