Workato is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for their AI agent framework. This role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and customers to deliver a best-in-class agentic experience, analyzing data, defining requirements, and championing key AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define overall strategy for Workato’s AI agent framework
• Analyze adoption and usage data
• Define product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams
• Champion key AI initiatives
• Enable other product teams
• Provide updates to senior management
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Management, 1+ in AI products
• Ability to lead technical discussions
• Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative data
• Proven track record of building successful products
• Experience with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Independent worker with strong organizational skills
