Job Description

Workato is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the build experience for Agent Studio, focusing on how customers create, configure, and iterate on AI agents. This role requires a strong understanding of AI capabilities and builder usability, with a focus on designing an intuitive experience for business technologists. The ideal candidate will own the builder experience end-to-end, driving the product lifecycle from ideation to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the build experience for AI agents
• Collaborate with PMs on recipe editor, knowledge base, and platform infrastructure
• Conduct customer research to identify pain points and improve usability
• Communicate product strategy and requirements
• Drive the product lifecycle
• Bring teams together to implement product features
• Articulate product differentiation
• Define and measure key metrics

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience with UX design for powerful yet approachable products
• B2B software experience with a focus on intuitive interfaces
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
• Experience designing builder/creator tools or workflow products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
