Workato is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the future of enterprise automation governance. This role will focus on delivering next-generation governance capabilities for Fortune 500 companies, enabling them to scale AI-powered integrations securely and meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for centralized governance
• Design automated compliance frameworks
• Define and deliver advanced RBAC systems
• Build compliance automation tools
• Accelerate enterprise adoption
• Reduce administrative burden
• Drive customer success
• Pioneer agentic AI governance

Requirements

• 7+ years product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS
• 4+ years in governance, security, or identity management
• Deep understanding of enterprise access control models
• Knowledge of enterprise IT governance frameworks
• Experience with policy-as-code implementation
• SQL proficiency
• Understanding of AI governance principles
• Track record of shipping governance features
• Experience collaborating with security and compliance teams
• Strong analytical skills
