Job Description

Workato is seeking a Technical Instructor to deliver high-impact training to customers, partners, and internal teams on their enterprise orchestration platform. The role involves developing training materials, leading virtual and in-person sessions, assisting with certifications, and providing technical support during training. A strong understanding of integration technologies and a passion for teaching are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials (presentations, labs, documentation)
• Deliver engaging training modules
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions
• Provide live demonstrations and guided labs
• Assist in developing certification exams
• Provide technical support during training
• Update training materials and gather feedback
• Stay current with iPaaS and integration technologies

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical instruction, solutions engineering, or consulting at a SaaS/iPaaS company
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.)
• Solid understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and web services
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
