Workato is seeking a Product Designer to craft intuitive and scalable interfaces for their next-generation AI-powered productivity assistant. The role involves designing user interfaces, contributing to a design system, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and iterating based on user feedback to enhance the experience of AI agents embedded in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces
• Contribute to and evolve a unified design system
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers
• Create interaction flows and component specs
• Explore motion and microinteractions
• Iterate quickly based on feedback

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design and interaction design
• Expertise in interaction design, motion, and system design
• Experience with design systems
• Fluency in Figma
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Collaborative and curious mindset
