Job Description

Workato is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to manage customer relationships from initial contact through post-sales growth. This role involves managing a book of current customers, driving product upsell and consumption, and collaborating with customer success to deliver value. Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships from prospecting to post-sales growth
  • Understand Workato platform and solutions
  • Discover customer needs and requirements
  • Manage target accounts and executive relationships
  • Conduct workshops and product education
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management
  • Share best practices

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in a full cycle, closing role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Prior AE or Account Manager experience in SaaS or iPaaS
  • Experience developing C-suite relationships
  • Experience selling to IT and business leaders
  • Experience selling software or technology solutions
  • Knowledge of GenAI and Agents
  • Comfortable traveling to visit customers
