Job Description
Hatch is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing and promotion of their subscription content, focusing on leveraging nontraditional touchpoints to connect with audiences authentically and grow awareness of their original IP.
Responsibilities
Execute launch plans for upcoming content releases
Develop marketing strategy for The Nightly and Lulu’s Late Night
Test nontraditional marketing touchpoints (Reddit, podcasts, newsletters, Discord)
Collaborate with content creators and marketing team
Write blog posts and produce visual assets
Manage video strategy and publishing on TikTok and YouTube
Analyze performance metrics and optimize releases
Strategize growth through PR and partnerships
Requirements
6 years experience in podcast, audio, or content marketing
Proficiency with TikTok, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube publishing tools
