Job Description

The VP of Operations at Pair Team will lead the day-to-day operations and growth of the company's Enhanced Care Management program. This role focuses on operational excellence, payer alignment, and scalable care delivery, impacting underserved communities through an AI-enabled medical group.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the ECM program
• Grow and scale a multi-disciplinary care operations team
• Manage P&L and unit economics
• Design and optimize workflows and staffing models
• Collaborate with product, clinical, finance, and growth teams
• Introduce and operationalize performance metrics
• Lead change management efforts

Requirements

• 8+ years of operations experience with 5+ years leading field teams
• Experience managing a P&L
• Experience driving key performance metrics and change management
• Ownership mindset
• Strong collaboration skills
• Ability to translate operational needs into product requirements
• Startup experience preferred
• Passion for serving complex chronic needs
