Pair Team is seeking a full-time Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver relationship-centered, comprehensive care to Medicaid patients in Texas. The role involves virtual care, chronic disease management, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual primary and preventive care
• Manage chronic conditions and acute concerns
• Build trusted relationships with patients
• Support clinical programs
• Partner with care coordinators and CHWs
• Provide clinical guidance
• Collaborate with product and operations teams
• Reshape Medicaid care delivery

Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Active Texas NP license
• Bilingual - Spanish and English fluency
• Residency in Travis County (Austin, TX)
• Experience with complex populations
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Telemedicine experience
• Ability to care for patients across the lifespan
• FQHC or Medicaid population familiarity preferred
