Pair Team is seeking a VP of Finance to guide the organization through its next stage of scale and complexity. This role will elevate the Finance function to a strategic driver of the business, bringing financial rigor and leadership to a dynamic digital health environment. The ideal candidate will build a world-class finance organization and support the company’s ambitious trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and build scalable models
• Serve as a thought partner on financial strategy
• Lead financial management of value-based care contracts
• Oversee accounting, audit, and tax functions
• Build and scale a high-performing finance organization
• Establish internal controls and policies
• Build scalable systems for revenue recognition and cash flow
• Manage insurance, risk, and financial compliance
• Lead fundraising and investor relations
• Support cap table management

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in FP&A, strategic finance, and accounting, with 3+ years in digital health
• 5+ years of leadership experience building finance teams
• Strong understanding of CPOM compliance and MSO–PC structuring
• Experience with accounting and ERP tools
• Ability to translate financial insights into operational levers
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong judgment and business acumen
• Ability to communicate financial strategy clearly
• Passion for healthcare access
• Experience with data visualization tools is preferred
