Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a high-impact individual contributor
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex, full-stack web applications
• Strong experience with relational database design
• Proficiency with modern web frameworks (React and Ruby on Rails preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and own technical decisions
