Pair Team is seeking an AI Principal Product Manager to design, deploy, and scale conversational agentic systems for their healthcare platform. This role focuses on building an AI-first, whole-person care experience, requiring fluency in LLM technology and a hands-on approach to move quickly from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi-agent systems
• Develop agentic engagement communication and reasoning
• Iterate on the agent-care team interface
• Prototype LLM use cases
• Own internal data labeling and eval products
• Manage LLM operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, clinical ops, and design

Requirements

• Proven track record shipping AI or conversational products
• Deep familiarity with LLM-based product development
• Experience defining product strategy for ambiguous problems
• Data-driven and first-principles thinker
• Collaborative leader with ownership and mission alignment
