Job Description

The Customer Experience Specialist will be the first point of contact for TurboTenant customers, providing support through chat, email, and phone. This role focuses on building relationships, educating users, resolving issues with empathy, and contributing to improving the customer experience and knowledge base.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through chat, email, and phone
  • Educate landlords on TurboTenant features
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and accuracy
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Sales teams
  • Uphold security best practices

Requirements

  • Customer support experience (SaaS, prop-tech, or retail sales preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Fast and accurate typing speed
  • Tech-savviness with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Curiosity and initiative
  • Growth mindset
  • Flexibility for weekend shifts
  • Accounting/finance/bookkeeping experience (bonus)
