Job Description

TurboTenant is seeking a Director of Sales to accelerate growth through leading sales teams across managed services and SaaS products. This role involves owning revenue metrics, optimizing sales processes, building and inspiring high-performing teams, and ensuring seamless cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end revenue performance
  • Lead the full sales funnel
  • Optimize sales effectiveness and conversion
  • Build and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Establish and manage sales operating rigor
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional execution
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and RevOps
  • Serve as the sales organization’s executive voice
  • Identify and drive long-term growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2C sales with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • 3+ years leading sales teams
  • Experience building sales processes
  • Strong operational experience with CRMs and analytics
  • Track record of accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience in startup and growth stage environments
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
