TurboTenant is seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager to drive growth through data-driven paid search campaigns. The role involves owning the Google and Bing Ads ecosystem, leading campaign expansion and testing, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to acquire new users and customers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience owning Paid Search for B2C companies
• Proven track record of driving profitable revenue and user acquisition
• Experience scaling monthly budgets in excess of $300k
• Passion for data-driven communication
• Ability to own channel data and build complex analyses
• Agile and collaborative mindset
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking
