Job Description

ControlUp is seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Executive to manage a named account territory in the Great Lakes region (US). This role focuses on selling Digital Employee Experience solutions to end users and channel partners, building relationships with key decision-makers, and exceeding revenue quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed revenue quota goals
  • Address customer and partner inquiries
  • Develop business plans
  • Engage with business partners
  • Follow up on leads and update systems
  • Lead technical resources for demonstrations
  • Ensure ongoing account coverage
  • Manage the sales cycle
  • Understand territory and competitors
  • Maintain customer and partner satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or sales related field
  • 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
  • Proven results in a quota-oriented environment
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Effective presentation skills to executive management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must reside in MN, WI, MI, or OH
