Job Description

The Senior Vice President, Global Data Operations leads the enterprise-wide operational strategy and execution across the full data lifecycle, ensuring data reliability, cost-efficiency, and compliance with regulations. This role involves building and empowering global teams, partnering with various departments, and driving measurable outcomes through SLAs, automation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global Data Operations strategy
• Lead transformation of the data supply chain
• Set and govern SLAs for data operations
• Embed quality metrics and automation into processes
• Lead production operations for data pipelines
• Oversee vendor and partner operations
• Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance
• Enforce policies for effective data management

Requirements

• 15+ years in data operations, engineering, or related fields
• 10+ years leading global teams
• Proven track record operating data pipelines at scale
• Expertise in data analysis and quality operations
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and security
• Transformation mindset and modernization experience
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
