Job Description

The Tier 2 Account Executive II is responsible for selling the company’s products and services to new and/or existing clients, developing or expanding accounts through face-to-face sales. This role focuses on maintaining and growing D&B revenue through renewal management, win-back, cross-sell, and up-sell of new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Maintain and expand revenue through renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling
  • Manage negotiation, contracting, and approval processes
  • Perform account planning and coordinate with internal sales resources
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate data in SFDC
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing
  • Enhance relationships with internal/external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise level SaaS, consulting, or services sales
  • Track record of closing sales and exceeding quota
  • Ability to assess client environments and prioritize opportunities
  • Experience managing complex sales and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word
  • Ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Continuous growth mindset
