Job Description

The Inside Sales function is responsible for selling the Company’s products and services to new and/or existing clients and developing or expanding accounts remotely. The primary responsibility is to maintain and grow the revenue stream through renewal management, cross-sell and up-sell of new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients with annual revenue $0-$499,999
  • Maximize opportunities from assigned campaigns
  • Conduct needs-based assessments and transition to appropriate products
  • Provide customized solutions
  • Maintain accurate data in SFDC
  • Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Adhere to all compliance policies
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota
  • Experience selling intangible products preferred
  • Computer knowledge
  • Ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Continuous growth mindset
