Job Description

The Tier 2 Area Vice President is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives focused on selling the company’s products and services to new and existing clients, and developing or expanding accounts through direct sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to drive sales growth
  • Lead quarterly account planning
  • Collaborate with the executive team
  • Execute value-based solution-selling strategies
  • Build relationships with senior level decision-makers
  • Measure and evaluate Account Executive performance
  • Provide coaching and leadership to the team
  • Expand relationships with C-level clients
  • Attract, recruit, and develop sales professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 10 to 12 years of experience
  • 10+ years of selling and sales leadership experience in SaaS, Technology, or Data & Analytics
  • Proven success with multimillion-dollar engagements
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Ability to assess client environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
