Job Description

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst specializes in responding to RFIs, customer third-party assessments, and audits, covering areas like IT Security, Tech, product, privacy, and sustainability. This role involves coordinating requirements, gathering answers from experts, and ensuring timely completion to support the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete customer third-party assessments
• Evaluate requirements and manage submissions
• Gather input from subject matter experts
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Maintain communication with Sales and customers
• Recommend process improvements
• Contribute to RFI management software development
• Act as the voice of the customer internally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, law, or related field
• Strong knowledge of IT Security, Sustainability, Privacy & Compliance
• Ability to evaluate assessments and identify gaps
• Excellent communication skills
