Job Description

Noah Medical is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to manage and nurture relationships with key clients in the Chicago, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Nashville, and Columbus region. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through establishing relationships with clinical stakeholders and promoting the company's robotic lung navigation system, requiring frequent travel within the designated areas.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical sales strategy and lead program growth
• Maintain clinical expertise of robotic lung navigation system
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Gather market intelligence
• Collaborate with marketing and technical support teams
• Hire, train, and develop the clinical sales team
• Track and report on sales performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of sales experience, medical device preferred
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience selling in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM
• Valid driver's license
