Job Description

NISC is seeking experienced software engineers to join their Platform team and evolve their platform used by hundreds of application developers. The role involves software maintenance, enhancements, analysis of user requirements, research, bug resolution, and collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex software maintenance and enhancements
• Analyze user requirements and design software
• Research and resolve issues and bugs
• Work with development teams on new features
• Follow industry best practices
• Stay updated with technology trends

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in software development or infrastructure
• Proficient with Python and Terraform
• Proficient with Git
• Experience with Java, Springboot, Gradle
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with build pipeline tools (Bamboo)
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with AWS
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes
• Ability to leverage generative AI tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
