Job Description

NISC is seeking experienced software engineers to join their Platform team and enhance their solutions. The role involves independent completion of software maintenance and enhancements, analyzing user requirements, researching and resolving issues, and collaborating with development teams to implement new features, with a focus on AWS cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex software maintenance and enhancements
• Analyze user requirements and design software
• Research and resolve issues
• Work with development teams on new features

• Stay updated with technology trends

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in software development or infrastructure
• Proficient with Python and Terraform
• Proficient with Git
• Experience with Java, Springboot, Gradle
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with build pipeline tools (Bamboo)
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with AWS
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes
• Ability to leverage generative AI tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
