Job Description

NISC is seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Specialist to provide administration, research, development, testing, maintenance, and support for their ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaboration, platform analysis, and contributing to a data-driven team focused on improving internal platform efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with application support
• Write documentation and maintain SOPs
• Ensure customer service satisfaction
• Assist with software release process
• Perform data hygiene
• Translate stakeholder input into requirements
• Assist with training and identifying business needs
• Create wireframes and visual aids
• Perform database maintenance
• Provide user training
• Assist with root cause analysis
• Respond to users in a timely manner
• Leverage generative AI tools

Requirements

• Previous experience with CRM platforms (ServiceNow or Salesforce)
• Basic knowledge of Jira and Salesforce Spoke integration
• Basic knowledge of SCRUM or agile methodologies
• Basic knowledge of enterprise system design
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong PC skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
