Job Description

NISC is seeking a technically skilled and self-driven professional to take ownership of key enterprise applications like Okta, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and more. This role requires a strong security mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position involves automation, troubleshooting, and serving as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Co-own application lifecycle implementation
• Interpret code for automation
• Assist with application implementation and maintenance
• Write scripts and utilize API calls for automation
• Prepare Change Requests
• Provide second tier support
• Support general business needs
• Follow vendor-implemented changes
• Serve as a subject matter expert
• Provide after-hours support
• Participate in proof of concepts
• Train employees
• Recommend application enhancements
• Participate in vendor selections

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience preferred
• Working scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, Powershell, etc.)
• Moderate knowledge of API calls
• Knowledge of Identity Management/SSO solutions (Okta, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of telephony systems
• Knowledge of SaaS automation platforms
• Knowledge of productivity suites (Office365, GSuite, etc.)
• Knowledge of email/spam systems
• Knowledge of security tools
• Working OS knowledge (macOS, Windows)
• Knowledge of endpoint management solutions
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Basic network knowledge
• Project Management knowledge
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills
