Job Description

This position involves managing software implementations for Members/Customers, providing application support, validating data accuracy, and training personnel on the Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) product. The role requires strong customer service and critical thinking skills, with a hybrid work schedule from one of three office locations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating software implementation project plans
  • Present software application usage information
  • Validate data accuracy
  • Provide application support
  • Assist with conversion analysis
  • Prepare Change Requests
  • Perform after hours call support
  • Commit to NISC’s Statement of Shared Values
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of business-related software
  • Basic knowledge of Utility or Telecom industries
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic presentation and training skills
  • Excellent telephone/email etiquette
  • Basic research and problem-solving skills
  • Basic ability to organize and prioritize
