Job Description

SoundCloud is seeking a part-time IT Support Specialist to join their LA office. This role involves providing hands-on technical support to employees, managing hardware and software, and collaborating with the global IT team to resolve issues. The position requires 20-25 hours per week and offers experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person IT support to LA staff
• Support macOS, Windows, and peripheral devices
• Provide frontline hardware and software troubleshooting
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain conference room systems
• Monitor and resolve helpdesk tickets
• Handle hardware setups, imaging, and inventory
• Escalate issues and collaborate with the global IT team
• Partner with vendors for network or hardware issues
• Ensure security compliance

Requirements

• Hands-on IT support experience
• Familiarity with macOS, Windows, and business tools
• Experience with Google Workspace and MDM tools (Jamf preferred)
• Understanding of networking basics
• Experience supporting AV and conference room tech
• Comfortable working onsite in a user-facing role
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
