DeepIntent is seeking a VP of Data Science & Insights to lead their global data science organization and drive data innovation in healthcare advertising technology. This role involves leading teams across the US, India, and Europe, focusing on advanced modeling, optimization, and AI initiatives to connect patients, providers, and brands effectively and responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Translate scientific advancements into scalable solutions
• Develop and execute global data science strategy
• Lead data science teams across US, Europe, and India
• Oversee predictive and causal model building
• Design machine learning systems for real-time bidding
• Integrate real-world data into ML pipelines
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards
• Advance global data infrastructure
• Establish best practices in feature engineering and MLOps
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and clients

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field
• 12+ years of experience in data science/ML, 5+ years leading teams
• Experience in adtech or healthcare data environments
• Understanding of programmatic advertising and healthcare data ecosystems
• Expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, and ML frameworks
• Strong foundation in statistics and causal inference
• Success in building and scaling data science teams
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with healthcare compliance frameworks
• Global mindset and passion for ethical data innovation
