DeepIntent is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their Learning & Development team. This role will focus on designing, delivering, and improving training programs for both clients and internal teams to drive product adoption, client satisfaction, and revenue performance. The ideal candidate will be a confident facilitator with a strong understanding of healthcare advertising and ad tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver client training sessions
• Convert online programs into instructor-led training
• Design onboarding programs for new hires
• Partner with Sales and Client Success to support revenue goals
• Lead product demonstrations and workshops
• Assess training needs and measure effectiveness
• Serve as a subject matter expert
• Leverage generative AI for content creation
• Develop and manage microlearning campaigns
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics
• Establish best practices for training
• Travel for on-site training

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in training, L&D, or related role
• Experience delivering live and virtual training
• Understanding of the sales cycle
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Instructional design experience
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools
• Familiarity with learning analytics
