Job Description

The Director of Business Intelligence will lead the strategy, development, and execution of the BI roadmap to empower commercial and executive teams with accurate, timely, and actionable insights. This role involves owning the data visualization ecosystem, building scalable reporting infrastructure, driving advanced analytics initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally to elevate data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
• Lead in-depth analytics requests
• Translate data into executive-ready insights
• Serve as the primary business owner for BI tools
• Develop and maintain Single Source of Truth dashboards
• Partner with Data Engineering and Product teams
• Migrate data models into automated workflows
• Lead analyses to identify trends and opportunities
• Employ machine learning for AI-driven insights
• Ensure revenue data alignment across datasets
• Champion AI/ML adoption
• Develop enablement materials and conduct training
• Lead, mentor, and develop a BI team

Requirements

• 8+ years in Business Intelligence or similar role
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation tools
• Strong understanding of SQL, dashboarding tools (Looker), and scripting languages (Python)
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills
• Highly collaborative with cross-functional experience
• Experience managing and mentoring a team
• Strong communication skills
• Experience creating and implementing streamlined processes
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
