Arize AI is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on building and scaling their AI & Agent Engineering observability and evaluation platform. This hybrid role requires experience in both product-facing development and backend infrastructure, with a focus on driving projects, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to complex product and infrastructure challenges
• Lead a team of engineers and tech leads
• Drive projects end-to-end
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Solutions, and Support

Requirements

• Experience as both an IC and a manager
• Strength in product/fullstack engineering and backend/infrastructure
• Experience balancing people leadership, project execution, and technical depth
• Clear and direct communication skills
