Job Description

Arize AI is seeking a UX Engineer to refine and improve the user experience of their LLM evaluation and prompt experimentation platform. The role focuses on taking functional features and polishing them into intuitive and delightful experiences for technical users like ML engineers and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Refine and iterate on existing UX features
• Identify and fix user friction points using session replay tools
• Prototype interaction alternatives in Figma or code
• Collaborate with senior engineers on feature architecture
• Own the product's feel (transitions, feedback, error handling)
• Build reusable interaction patterns
• Conduct usability tests

Requirements

• Proven experience improving products through interaction refinement
• Comfort with modern frontend frameworks and animation libraries
• Experience with session replay tools and user feedback integration
• Proficiency in Figma for prototyping
• Attention to detail regarding edge cases and loading states
• Experience with complex tools (dev tools, data tools, B2B SaaS)
