Arize AI is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline generation and regional marketing strategy. This role focuses on developing targeted messaging for technical audiences, executing multi-channel field campaigns, and collaborating with sales to accelerate opportunities. The manager will own the strategy and execution of field marketing programs, including events, account-based marketing, and sales enablement, with a focus on measurable pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline targets for assigned regions
• Develop integrated field marketing programs
• Execute localized marketing campaigns
• Design and execute targeted ABM plays
• Own field event strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B field marketing experience
• Strong event management background
• Experience with large-scale conferences and executive events
• Ability to partner with sales teams
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong messaging and positioning skills
• Data-driven mindset
• Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
• Flexibility to travel 30-40%
