Job Description

Arize AI is seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to build relationships with the developer community, create documentation, demos, and content, and gather feedback to improve their AI observability and evaluation platform. The role is based in the New York metro area and requires occasional in-person event attendance.

Responsibilities

• Build awareness of Arize’s products
• Create onboarding experience for users
• Write tutorials and open-source demos
• Interact with developer community
• Turn feedback into product insights
• Assist marketing team with content
• Be first point of contact for community questions
• Collaborate with Product team on prototypes
• Build partnerships with other companies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering or dev relations
• Excellent technical communication skills
• Up-to-date engineering skills
• Working knowledge of LLM-based app development
• Curious and self-motivated learner
• Willing to attend in-person events
