Job Description

Arize AI is seeking an AI Sales Engineer to work alongside Account Executives, articulating the value of the Arize platform and driving Proof of Concepts (POCs) from requirements gathering to closure. The role involves technical demonstrations, handling objections, and acting as a domain expert in AI/ML, contributing to content creation and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with technical stakeholders
• Lead product demonstrations
• Lead discovery to understand prospect’s ML stack
• Handle technical objections
• Write educational blog posts
• Create documentation and enablement materials
• Engage in relevant ML communities

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Quick and self-learner
• Knowledgeable in Machine Learning
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role (Pre-sales, technical account management, or consulting)
• Experience with enterprise customers
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix
