Arize AI is seeking a client-obsessed AI Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, driving business value and account growth. The role involves technical discussions with data scientists and engineers, as well as business discussions with directors and executives, to ensure customer success with the Arize platform.

Responsibilities

• Work with sophisticated ML/GenAI teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers
• Advise on GenAI and ML best practices
• Give ML and LLM product demos
• Run strategic business reviews
• Interface with pre-sales engineering
• Partner with product and engineering teams
• Spearhead new opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Engineer working with ML/GenAI in production
• Comfortable with public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Knowledge of LLM/Agentic frameworks (Llamaindex, LangGraph, DSPy)
• Understanding of ML/DS concepts and lifecycle
• Understanding of GenAI concepts and application evaluation
• Proficiency in a programming language (Python, JS/TS, Java, Go)
• Strong Communication Skills
