Job Description

The AI Solutions Manager will partner with innovative AI/ML teams to drive adoption of the Arize AI platform, shape product use cases, and ensure customer success. This role involves building relationships, conducting discovery sessions, collaborating with technical teams, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users
• Conduct discovery with customers
• Collaborate with technical teams
• Run workshops and training sessions
• Run QBRs
• Monitor product usage
• Identify upsell opportunities
• Relay customer feature requests
• Ensure support team alignment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
• Self-starter mindset
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to demo technical products
• Customer-first mindset
• Team player
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies (Bonus)
