Xometry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to drive awareness, lead generation, and engagement with prospects and customers through events marketing, including tradeshows, customer summits, and third-party activations.
Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end event lifecycle including budget, site selection, and ROI analysis
Manage event calendar and budget allocations
Execute events program including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and activations
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Brand, and Communications teams
Lead pre- and post-event promotion and lead capture
Manage event logistics including booth design, vendor negotiations, and staffing
Drive attendee engagement through creative experiences
Coordinate partner events
Track performance metrics including lead capture and ROI
Identify new event opportunities
Manage event agencies and vendors
Requirements
6+ years of B2B marketing experience with 3+ years in event management
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technology sectors preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Workspace
